We offer work and skills training within our organization and with employers throughout the community.
Individuals with Disabilities
Our Veteran Employment Program counselors work with veterans one-to-one to help them translate military job experience into civilian job opportunities.
Veterans
Our youth programs provide leadership training, work-based mentoring, internships, paid work experience, educational support and more for young adults.
Disconnected Youth
We partner with a variety of organizations to address the crisis of homelessness in Southern California.
People Encountering Homelessness
As part of the L.A. Rise program, job seekers receive 6 weeks of customer service training and 300 hours of on-the-job experience.
