Transformation is happening Since 1916, Goodwill Southern California has been at the forefront of “Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work,” preparing and placing veterans, people experiencing homelessness, individuals with disabilities, disconnected youth, and the formerly incarcerated into meaningful, sustainable employment. With nine employment centers across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties, Goodwill SoCal is the region’s largest workforce development organization and an established Employment Social Enterprise, delivering workforce solutions at a scale no other nonprofit can match.
We work hand-in-hand with individuals facing barriers to employment to provide job training, career coaching, and job placement services.
By equipping job seekers with the skills needed for in-demand industries like healthcare, logistics, and IT, we’re helping families move from surviving to thriving.
Our participants don’t just benefit from workforce development—they give back. Many go on to launch small businesses, mentor others, or join local nonprofits, creating a cycle of investment in our community.
We offer work and skills training within our organization and with employers throughout the community.
