Why it Matters
At the heart of our mission is the belief that every person in our community has value. Every person in our community has talent. If we are thoughtful and creative together we can put that talent to work. For over 100 years Goodwill Southern California has served individuals with disabilities and other vocational challenges by providing education, training, work experience and job placement services. We prepare and place thousands of individuals into sustainable employment through our programs and services. But we need your help. Your support makes a difference and enables our social enterprise to provide employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, veterans, at-risk youth, formerly incarcerated people, and those impacted by homelessness.

Thanks to your generous donations, last year, Goodwill Southern California diverted more than 100 million pounds of reusable or recyclable goods and electronics from landfills.
